This episode the TES' very own Sarah Simons chats to teacher, author and education researcher Dr Matt O’Leary.

Matt is one of the co-founders of CRADLE, the Centre for Research and Development in Lifelong Education at the University of Wolverhampton. Matt’s recent research focuses on the relationship between education policy and the practice of teachers working in the post-compulsory sector.
